Enabling lives of purpose and fulfilment
About Me
I am a certified executive and organisational coach, with twenty years of leadership experience across tech corporates and startups, specialising in strategic partnerships and business development.
My coaching journey started with the desire to help my teams grow and thrive beyond the boundaries of traditional career ladders, leveraging their unique talents and pursuing their own personal version of a successful life.
I’ve since been coaching professionals and entrepreneurs from all sorts of backgrounds and industries, with a broad range of personal and professional goals.
My coaching combines first-hand experience of leadership and career development challenges, with established coaching methods and techniques. I am committed to continuous self-development to provide my clients with a highly personalised and effective coaching experience.
Last but not least, I am also a mum, art lover, inventive cook and lousy tennis player.

Coaching approach
Coaching is an active, co-created experience of awareness and change that evolves with every interaction between coach and client.
No coaching journey is the same, and my approach is to create completely customised coaching experiences for every client, depending on their goals, challenges, interests and learning styles. I seek ongoing feedback on what is resonating and what is not, so our time together can be effective and enjoyable.
My role will be to guide you through the journey from where you are today to where you want to be - and often, to articulate what it is that you really want and why.
I will invite you to consider different perspectives and to question your own positions, offering both support and challenge.
There is no change without action.
I only work with people who are fully committed to their dreams, and ready to embark on a journey of discovery and change.
I’ll ask you to be open and vulnerable, to go deep, to take action and follow through on your commitments, and I will do the same.

My clients often share that they emerge from coaching sessions feeling clear-minded, energised, empowered, and equipped with actionable goals and concrete next steps.
